This is an ongoing list of products and Brazilian brands I think are worth buying while in Brazil, things that are less expensive or have a much bigger selection in Brazil than in the U.S.

Brazilian Clothing Brands
Farm Rio
Farm Rio is my favorite. A dress that can cost around $500 in the U.S. can sometimes be around $70 on sale in Brazil, with regular prices around $200. you can visit farmrio.com and also farmrio.com.br to see the price differences and even different catalogue of dresses.
I really love their whole brand and would have them be my whole wardrobe if I could.
Renner
Renner is a major clothing retailers and has affordable clothes. I’ve found some really interesting and unique dresses there for around $40 USD. It’s not a luxury brand, but I’ve found plenty of pieces I like there.
Riachuelo & Casa Riachuelo
Riachuelo is another major Brazilian clothing retailer that you’ll find in shopping malls.
Like, a Brazilian department-store/fashion retailer rather than a luxury brand. It’s a good place to look for affordable clothing, accessories, and basics.
I wouldn’t necessarily make a special trip just for Riachuelo, but if you see one while you’re at a mall, it’s worth taking a look around. Their home section often has cute wine glasses and bowls that catch my eye.
Brazilian Shoes and Footwear
There are several major Brazilian footwear brands that are also sold internationally, but shopping for them in Brazil can give you access to different collections and prices.
Havaianas
Duh, this is the #1. Havaianas are the classic Brazilian flip-flops and are very fashionable in Europe. They can regularly cost $35+ in the USA, but you can find them for around $10 here. Definitely buy a pair, or more.
Melissa
Melissa is another iconic Brazilian footwear brand that you can find in the U.S., and I think is more popular in the UK. But, the prices are significantly better here.
I think their line is sometimes ridiculous but also very cool. The brand is known for its colorful, plastic shoes and collaborations with designers and artists, so the selection is definitely more interesting.
Schutz Shoes
Schutz is a Brazilian footwear brand with a more fashion-forward, upscale feel. If you’re looking for a nicer pair of Brazilian-made shoes or a handbag, go here. Regular prices shoes will be about $100-$120 in Brazil, but $180 in the US.
Arezzo
Arezzo is another major Brazilian footwear brand and is part of the same fashion group as Schutz.
Known for leather shoes, handbags, and accessories it also has a reputation for producing “dupes” from bigger international fashion houses like Chanel.
Brazilian Beauty & Wellness Care
Brazil is also a great place to shop for beauty and personal-care products.
Natura
Natura is one of Brazil’s best-known beauty particularly for body lotions, oils, soaps, and fragrances and was recently discontinued outside of Brazil.
One product I keep seeing recommended is Sève, a body oil that has also become popular on TikTok.
You can search “Natura” on Google Maps to find a nearby store, although you’ll also see Natura products sold through other retailers.
Granado
Granado is a historic Brazilian perfume and beauty brand with a huge range of fragrances and personal-care products. They have soaps, lotions, perfumes, creams, and make particularly good souvenirs or gifts.
It’s a little pricier than most other brands. But, what would cost you $95 in the US, is only $70 in Brazil – and you’ll be lucky to catch a sale in store!
Lola Cosmetics
Brazil is also a great place to buy hair products, so definitely check out the local selection while you’re here. Lola Cosmetics is a natural haircare brand and one that I like.
Caffeine Army
Caffeine Army is a Brazilian wellness and coffee brand that you’ll see everywhere. Their SuperCoffee is the product I’d look for—it’s a functional coffee drink that comes in several flavors.
They also make things like Morning Shot, protein, and other fitness/wellness products. If you like coffee or fitness products, it’s worth checking out while you’re in Brazil.
